Job Title: Early Careers – Co-Ordinator

Salary: £27,755 – £30,950 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Co-ordinate learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity and internal / external meetings, supporting with learner time and attendance at Brough
- Co-ordinate additional activities e.g. recruitment process, induction process and internal/ external celebration events as required
- Support in capturing effective learner voice responses through surveys, facilitate forum groups with outcomes used to drive continuous improvements and feed into the self-assessment processes across BAE Systems Early Careers programmes
- Provide support to the delivery team in undertaking the Brough 1st Year technician learner progress reviews based at AMA
- Carry out file audits to ensure all regulatory requirements are being adhered to and reduce the risk of non-compliance, liaising with delivery teams should any amendments be required
- Support with attraction and recruitment activities at the Brough site
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Specialist knowledge of legislative, awarding body and funding systems requirements
- Good knowledge of Apprenticeships and EPA requirements
- Highly experienced administrator with experience of working in a fast paced role
- Safeguarding knowledge and or experience
Desirable:
- Experience of frameworks/standards and End-Point Assessment requirements

The Apprentice Team:
As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will responsible for supporting the Early Careers Leads on a range coordination, administrative and delivery tasks and activities in relation to the Apprentice provision.
