Job Title: Early Careers – Co-ordinator (12 MONTHS FTC)

Salary: £ 33,708
What You’ll Be Doing
- Co-ordinate activities across the provision including recruitment, induction, programme and travel requirements, purchase orders and internal/external celebration events as required
- Provide Safeguarding and inclusive learning support to learners as required recording and reporting details and interactions that have been carried out
- Provide support to Early Careers programme delivery leads and management with any activities as required, ensuring high standards of behaviours and delivery
- Co-ordinate and support learner registrations, progress monitoring, certifications activity, learner voice and facilitate internal /external meetings and group forums
- Carry out and support file audits to ensure all regulatory requirements are being adhered to and reduce the risk of non-compliance, liaising with delivery teams should any amendments be required
- Analyse and update Management Information Systems and trackers in relation to the Early Careers provision and compile reports to support the Early Careers & Skills delivery programmes
- Pro-active in identifying improvements to process and service that leads to quality and / or cost saving outcomes, producing working instructions for work tasks throughout

- Experience of coordinating activity and tasks across multiple areas
- Strong IT and organisational skills
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills to support stakeholder engagement
Desirable
- Safeguarding awareness
- Ideally have experience of working in an Early Careers environment

The Early Careers Team
As an Early Careers Coordinator, you will responsible for supporting the Early Careers Leads on a range coordination, administrative and delivery tasks and activities in relation to the Graduate, Apprentice and Education Services provision.
