Person specificationEducation/Qualifications/TrainingEssential criteria- GCSE Grade 4-9 in English Language and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard.
Desirable criteria- Library and Information Science apprenticeship level 3 or equivalent.
Previous ExperienceEssential criteria- Experience of customer service work including handling enquiries.
Desirable criteria- Experience of library and information work or a related information service.
- Familiarity with library management systems or information retrieval systems.
- Experience of using journal databases and library electronic resources.
