About the role:
The role incorporates the successful development, delivery, and facilitation of accredited and bespoke or tailored programmes. It requires a detailed understanding of project management and leadership skills, facilitation skills and customer satisfaction responsibilities.
As facilitator, you will become part of the Operations team. You will create and deliver training aligned to awarding bodies such as the Association for Project Management (APM), APMG, PeopleCert, and others. You will be able to create and/or tailor training to specific needs of our customers.
You will work from home except when delivering face-to face training or attending meetings and events.
About you:
Essential:
• Recognised Qualification in Project Management
• Proven record of training delivery & facilitation
• Able to communicate with audiences at all levels
• Able to use initiative, take ownership for projects and work to time limits
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective teamworking
• Competence in using MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel
• Willing to learn
• Willing to travel
• Reliable and dependable
• Well organised with excellent administration skills
Desirable:
• Experience in course design & development
• Experience of virtual classroom environments
• UK Based
Objectives:
· Deliver training in face-to-face and virtual environments
· Create accredited and bespoke/tailored training programmes
· Assist business development in meeting, understanding, and shaping the requirements of customers
· Support course attendees in preparation for examinations
· Any other appropriate activities required by the Operations Director
