About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Franchise Trainer to support our franchise network across the Midlands and the South of England.
This is a field-based role where you will visit franchise stores to deliver one-to-one coaching and training to store teams, helping to improve operational standards, compliance, and commercial performance.
You will also play a key role in designing and developing training programmes to support business needs, delivering learning through a mixture of classroom sessions, webinars, and online training.
Due to the nature of the role, regular travel and overnight stays are required, and a full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-store one-to-one coaching and training to franchise store employees and managers.
- Work closely with franchisees to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Develop and deliver training programmes and materials to support operational and commercial objectives.
- Facilitate training through classroom sessions, webinars, and digital learning platforms.
- Support the implementation of Francise company policies, procedures, and best practice across franchise stores.
- Produce monthly summary reports outlining store visits, training delivered, and key outcomes.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and store teams to support ongoing development.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a training, learning & development, or coaching role.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
- Ability to deliver engaging one-to-one coaching and group training sessions.
- Experience in designing and developing training programmes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to analyse training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Confident in producing clear and concise written reports.
- Ability to work independently while managing a regional travel schedule.
Qualifications
- A recognised training qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development, or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands and South of England.
- Regular overnight stays will be required.
- A proactive and professional approach to supporting franchise partners.
