We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operational team. Reporting to the Operations Senior Trainer, you will design, deliver, and support engaging training programmes for both new starters and existing colleagues. You will play a key role in our induction process, guiding new joiners through their training journey and supporting them during their ‘Grad Bay’ period, ensuring they are set up for success
