We are currently recruiting an experienced L&D Manager to join an large multisite business based in Bridgwater.
As an experienced L&D Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and development initiatives across the business. As well as leading an excellent L&D team.
Key duties include:
- Strategy – Develop and implement a UK-wide Learning and Development strategy
- Program Development - Design and deliver effective learning programs, as well as implementing learning pathways
- Compliance & Safety Training - Ensure all mandatory and regulatory training (e.g., food safety, health & safety, driver CPC) is delivered and recorded
- Talent Development – Work with management to create Individual Development Plans and succession planning frameworks. Whilst supporting internal mobility and progression by developing training for up and re skilling
- Apprenticeships - Oversee the recruitment, induction and ongoing supervision of apprentices, ensuring external training provided and on-the-job learning is of high quality
