We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join our construction team to train the next generation of electricians.
In your role, supported by the college`s continuous professional development programme and team of teaching and learning coaches. You will co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience.
Most importantly, you will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and are fully prepared to embark on the next stage of their career journey.
Requirements:
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical installation
Hold an AM2 qualification or possess significant and relevant industry experience.
Hold a C&G Electrical Inspection and Testing (or equivalent) qualification or willingness to work towards.
Hold a C&G Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition (or equivalent) qualification or willingness to work towards.
Have a strong desire to be part of a high performing team and work collaboratively across the College
Have a strong desire to see all learners succeed and progress, and have a clear understanding of their needs and how these may be met
Willing and able to develop curriculum, teaching and learning materials in subject specialisms as part of continuous development
Be an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
