We're looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor to join our Organisational Development team based in our London corporate offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑impact team within HCA UK focused on developing exceptional colleagues who provide exceptional patient care and service and deliver business results. To achieve this, you will work cross‑functionally and collaboratively to help enable meaningful change, build capability, foster a high‑performance culture, and support the delivery of Organisational goals.
As a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor, you will take ownership of your portfolio, supporting the design, facilitation, coordination and evaluation of learning and organisational development solutions. You'll work closely with the Head of Leadership Development, the Chief of Development (OD), and wider stakeholders to ensure our development support is strategic, impactful and aligned to organisational needs.
You will be high energy, proactive and professional ideally looking to take your first step in your career within Learning and Organisational Development. You will be sponsored to complete a level 3 CIPD apprenticeship (if you do not have this or equivalent already)

What you'll do
Design, facilitate (virtually and in‑person), and evaluate entry‑level, end‑to‑end learning and organisational development solutions.
Facilitate a broad range of soft skills, systems training and corporate induction programmes (including weekly Monday induction).
Support the planning, scheduling and delivery of all L&OD interventions, including managing documentation, attendance, onboarding requirements, graduations and external provider coordination.
Implement robust evaluation processes to measure learning impact, business outcomes and ROI, using qualitative and quantitative data.
Maintain accurate learning records and support the management and optimisation of LMS and digital learning platforms.
Research and recommend emerging learning technologies, including digital development and AI capability.
Partner with HR, Talent and Senior Leaders across HCA UK to align development solutions with operational and strategic priorities.
Act as the first point of contact for L&OD queries, providing timely support, guidance and signposting.
Support the development and maintenance of OD SharePoint, LMS content and digital resources to ensure easy access and an excellent learner experience.
What you'll bring
Strong facilitation skills (virtual and in‑person).
Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build positive and trusted relationships quickly.
Knowledge of LMS systems and digital learning practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); data analysis/Power BI desirable.
Experience coordinating apprenticeships and working with external training providers.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively and work autonomously.
A growth mindset, creativity and solutions‑focused approach.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent (essential).
