We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator individual who will bring energy and motivation to the team and a self-starter who wants to learn and progress in to a career in Administration at PHX Training.
The key to the role of Administrator is being the first point of contact for the Work Based Learning Contract, providing the delivery of accurate work, and having an organised approach to the administrative function.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the smooth running of the Work Based Learning Contract
- Greet and welcome visitors / customers and be the first point of contact
- Work closely with the Work Based Learning Team and support them in all clerical duties for their role
- Data input on a daily basis to keep all systems updated
- Stock take of office supplies and re order
- Receiving and making telephone phone calls professionally
- Minute taking
- Developing and maintaining electronic document storage and retrieval systems, and paper-based filing systems

Salary for a Project Lead
· Upto £24,500 per year, dependent on experience
· 37.5 hours a week

This role will require an enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
