About the role Richmond and Hillcroft Adult and Community College is an adult learning provider with a vibrant and wide-ranging offer of courses for adults of all ages and abilities, enabling them to participate in learning for work, life and improve their wellbeing. We have two sites, one in Richmond, and one in Surbiton, with exceptional newly built facilities for art and design and performing arts at the Richmond site.RHACC is seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Programme Manager (SEND). In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the curriculum meets the needs of adult learners of all abilities and backgrounds, enabling them to achieve their work and wellbeing goals. You will also oversee the implementation of appropriate support systems to help learners reach their full potential and ensure the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.About you Reporting to the Head of Supported Learning, you will develop, manage and deliver courses which enable learners to identify and develop skills to reach their goals and aspirations.You will provide line management to Tutors and Learning Support Workers within the subject area to ensure that all teaching is good or better, poor practice is eliminated, and that this contributes to outstanding outcomes for learners.You will support the implementation of the Curriculum Strategy within the School.
