Are you passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment that ensures every student reaches their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated Inclusive Learning Mentor to join our dynamic team. As an Inclusive Learning Mentor, you will play a crucial role in the initial engagement of students by collaborating with course teams to provide essential support-related information, ensuring students are placed in appropriate programs.
Your involvement in student initial engagement, transition, and induction activities will contribute to a seamless and supportive learning experience. Additionally, you will facilitate learning support interviews, conduct initial assessments, and attend multi-agency meetings where your expertise is invaluable.
Your collaboration will extend to identifying students 'at risk' of not achieving, evaluating their support needs, and developing individualized learning support plans. From providing support for individuals and small groups to preparing learning resources and maintaining accurate records of activities, you will be instrumental in fostering a conducive learning environment.
