Our highly valued Learning Disability Services for adults include Respite, Community Support, Day Services, Supported Employment, Shared Lives and Supported Accommodation with all CQC registered services having ‘Good’ ratings. As an Operations Manager you will take the lead responsibility for designated areas of service delivery to provide a high-quality provision for adults with a learning disability.
Working as part of a committed Management Team you will ensure that clients receive an excellent service, staff teams are supported and valued, registered services maintain CQC compliance and service standards remain high.

Believe that people with a learning disability have the right to the best possible life. Are experienced leading social care provision. Understand the importance of staff recruitment and retention. Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
