ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of the Occupational Therapy department at Swansea University. This is a pivotal moment as we welcome our third cohort of students into our learning community. You will be responsible for teaching on the BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy programmes, both full-time and part-time. You will be expected to design and deliver innovative and evidence-based curricula, incorporating interprofessional education and public health principles. You will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles and mentor learners, while developing your own research and teaching skills. Our team is committed to empowering learners to become culturally aware and sensitive occupational therapists. You will be expected to support our learners in their journey to create an environment that fosters dignity, imagination and cultural development. This includes understanding the importance of research in the field and sharing that passion with learners.
