About The Role
This is Fixed Term post until 20th November 2024 working 35 hours per week.
To devise and undertake marketing activities related to data science projects (Datacise Open Learning & SAIL Databank) by translating project requirements into engaging marketing materials (using Canva, Adobe or similar design package) and manage communications across websites and social media platforms. The successful candidate will help to develop blogs, case studies and news articles by capturing user stories and researchers experiences to market learning and data services more broadly. To work closely with digital design specialists and the wider marketing team build brand identities and consistent marketing collateral for projects. Identify and grow audience and appropriate stakeholders to effectively target communications. Assist with events that could include: conferences, webinars, face-to-face courses, focus/learner groups. Capture experiences, testimonials and feedback from users and/or course learners to help with further promotion. Some administrative duties to include: learner enrolment and registration, spreadsheet management, meeting setup and minute taking.
