What will you be doing?
As an EQA Team Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- To assist the Lead External Quality Assurers in ensuring that NOCN is compliant with the various UK Qualification Regulators and General Conditions of Recognition.
- To provide support to NOCN External Quality Assurers (EQAs) and obtain Centre visit information relating to NOCN Centre Approval in line with NOCN timeframes.
- Respond to External Quality Assurer queries in an informed and timely manner or refer queries to the appropriate member of NOCN staff if necessary.
- Support with the collation of data and information required for external audits and reviews undertaken by the Qualifications Regulators (UK and International).
- Support with the review of external quality assurance reports.
- Manage appropriate Quality Assurance related inboxes, responding to queries in a timely manner and triaging where necessary.
- To record and report on the information received from NOCN External Quality Assurers (EQAs) regarding visit availability relating to Centre Approval visits using various NOCN systems to ensure NOCN timescales are adhered to.
About you...
The ideal successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
- Have right to work in the UK full time for a minimum of 2 years (NOCN Group does not offer visa sponsorship).
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent.
- Level 2 in IT skills or equivalent.
- Experience of working within diverse teams and with contractors.
- Experience of maintaining a range of administrative tasks to varying deadlines.
- Experience of working with multiple teams.
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
