What will you be doing?
- Act as a point of contact for potential new customer queries and share relevant information with the business development team.
- Take responsibility for qualifying new business enquiries coming into the organisation for the Business Development Managers to them take forward.
- Support the Business Development Managers in identifying new potential customers to contact.
- Manage, track and reconcile all inbound enquiries and report on conversions of enquiries in the CRM.
- Communicate to new and existing centres, advising on product and schedule for the business development team.
- Co-ordinate weekly sales reports from the business development team and deliver them to the management team.
- Work with the team to identify and suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
About you...
The ideal successful candidate will meet the following essential criteria:
- Have right to work in the UK full time for a minimum of 2 years (NOCN Group does not offer visa sponsorship).
- Level 2+ in Literacy and Numeracy.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales-oriented environment.
- Customer Service Experience.
- Experience of working within the education sector.
- Experience of cold calling and generating business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other desirable, but not essential, criteria:
- Level 3+ qualification in Sales or associated area.
- Knowledge of Education Delivery Providers – Employers, FE
- Sector, Private Training Providers, Work Based Learning.
- Knowledge of the training and development needs of employers and their employees.
- Knowledge of the challenges facing the educational sector and the ability to turn these into opportunities for NOCN.
