NOCN Group are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Operations Administrator to ensure that all end point assessments are managed and arrange within the contracted terms and conditions.
Please note that this role is based in our Sheffield Head Office.

What will you be doing?
As an Apprenticeship Operations Administrator, your duties and responsibilities will be (but not limited to):
- To support assessment activities including the provision of administrative support for the delivery of End Point Assessments, to help to ensure that high quality educational and assessment products are delivered to meet customer service level agreements.
- Booking and co-ordinating contracted End Point Assessors and moderators in line with client bookings.
- Maintaining communication with external contracted assessment staff and clients, ensuring that assessments are arranged and delivered in line with service level agreements.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service ensuring the customer receives an excellent standard of service at all times.
- Enter and process assessment data on various IT systems and platforms to help ensure that assessments are managed in the most efficient way.
- At all times ensure the accuracy of data in the EPA CRM and Rubric systems are complete in line with the requirements of the apprenticeship regulators.
About you...
The ideal successful candidate will:
- Hold Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics.
- Have at least 2 years' experience working in an administrative role.
- Have experience working with CRMs and bespoke databases.
- Have experience working with sensitive data following Data Protection and the GDPR.
- Have experience of supporting project teams, committees or working groups.
- Attention to detail including proofreading.
- Excellent planning and administrative skills.
- Competent ICT user including Microsoft office products.
