Permanent Contract | £23,500 to £23,893 per annum (Scale D) | 37 hours per week | Norwich
Adult Learning has opportunities to join our Curriculum and Course Support team who have full and part time posts available on a permanent and maternity cover basis, working from home and office-based locations.
Your work will be fundamental in helping our learners achieve their goals and ambitions and the role is administrative in nature. In addition, you will focus on identifying service improvements to enable an efficient and cost-effective curriculum support offer.
You will collaborate with curriculum colleagues to offer our learners comprehensive support services to ensure that they enjoy the most beneficial and effective learning environment to help them achieve.
These roles involve a wide range of responsibilities, including answering queries from colleagues, arranging, and booking courses and classes and other venues, procuring resources and preparing invoices and identifying and reducing wider service costs.
An understanding of basic ICT support is required as you will answer telephone and email queries or may be asked to visit venues to help with the resolution of simple technical problems.
We are seeking self-starting individuals with a keen eye for detail and who can work with minimal supervision.
