T Level Principal Examiner - Management&Administration -Occupational Specialisms - Remote Working

We are looking for 3 T Level Occupational Specialism Principal Examiners to join us in the development and delivery of the of summer 24 assessment series and beyond.
These associate roles gives you the opportunity to work alongside your current job, to build additional income with competitive daily rates, and to continue to develop your own skills.
There are three Occupational Specialisms for the Management and Administration T level, each is assessed through assignments delivered in the Summer series each year and each includes a practical assignment, project brief, relevant resources and several tasks for learners to complete. They are set and marked by City & Guilds.
The purpose of these Occupational Specialisms is for learners to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills in the following areas:
Business Improvement:
- Acquire and protect data to support the improvement process.
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Engage stakeholders in discussions on business processes and improvement.
- Identify, propose, and plan solutions for improvement.
- Monitor and report the implementation of business improvement activities.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, manage and develop individuals and teams to deliver outcomes.
- Build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Deliver core operational tasks and plans.
- Manage and implement projects.
- Apply governance and compliance requirements.
Business Support:
- Support the running of the organisation.
- Organise and prioritise workloads and processes.
- Recommend and deliver improvements to business practices.
- Build and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Manage the business information flow.
Principal Examiners must be available throughout the standardisation, marking and awarding windows.
Due to the time-pressured nature of this work, you may be required to work outside of standard working hours during the key periods noted above when a quick turnaround is required.
