Join a team shaping the future of learning for young people across the UK. As our Qualifications & Apprenticeship Development Manager, you'll lead the design, development and continual improvement of high-quality, compliant and future-focused qualifications and End-Point Assessments. Your expertise will ensure our products meet regulatory requirements, champion accessibility, and reflect the needs of learners who rely on us to unlock confidence, skills and progression. Working at pace and with purpose, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of qualification and apprenticeship development, from regulatory submissions and test-bank design to performance analysis, digital innovation and ongoing review. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, regulators and sector partners to embed best practice, strengthen our standing as an Awarding Organisation and ensure no learner is disadvantaged through change. Your insight will shape products that are commercially sustainable, inclusive, and aligned with an evolving skills landscape. If you bring deep experience in regulated qualification and EPA development, thrive in complex frameworks, and enjoy leading impactful transformation, this is your chance to help define what outstanding assessment looks like. Join us and play a pivotal role in creating meaningful opportunities for young people who need them most.
Last year, we helped more than 40,000 Young People, with three in four young people on our programmes moving into a positive outcome in work, education or training. The young people we help face a range of challenges, such as unemployment, mental health issues or some who have been in trouble with the law. We believe all young people should have the chance to succeed, and that young people are the key to a positive and prosperous future for all of us. We want to continue having a positive impact on young people's lives and we couldn't do this without the important work of Qualifications & Apprenticeship Development Managers!
