Are you passionate about developing talent and driving career opportunities? Join us as an Apprenticeship Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes across GTR.
What You'll Do
• Champion apprenticeships and build awareness across the organisation.
• Support learners through their journey – from progress reviews to successful End Point Assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with external training providers to ensure top-tier service.
• Keep GTR ahead of the curve by implementing changes to Department for Education and Ofsted guidelines.
• Safeguard learners and uphold compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
• Organised, proactive, and skilled in stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks, DfE funding rules, and Ofsted frameworks.
• Experience with ePortfolio systems like OneFile and Maytas.
• Coaching/mentoring qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Strong IT skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
