We are hiring a Programme Manager – Apprenticeships (Senior Associate) based in our London office. The role involves managing government‐funded apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance and outstanding learner experience while delivering high‐quality outcomes for our clients.
About the TeamYou will join the Apprenticeships team, responsible for delivering high‐quality, government‐funded apprenticeship programs for clients and learners, while ensuring strong outcomes, compliance and an excellent learner experience.
How You\'ll Make an Impact
Line‐manage allocated Skills Coaches, including target setting, monthly performance reviews (Standards of Performance), KPI monitoring and development planning.
Own the end‐to‐end learner journey, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboarding and monitoring progress at least monthly to keep apprentices on track to achieve targets.
Act as the primary client point of contact, ensuring requirements are met, identifying pipeline demand and supporting onboarding of new client cohorts.
Support programme delivery operations, including scheduling workshops, visits and delivery sessions to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity.
Drive quality and performance through analysis of management information, providing monthly updates to the Apprenticeship Director and supporting audits/visits as required.
You May Be a Good Fit If
3+ years of recent experience in a management role, ideally within the Apprenticeships or Education sector.
Experience delivering government‐funded training provision and working in a target‐driven environment with a proven track record of achieving KPIs.
Experience working with large employers, with strong stakeholder management and client service skills.
Highly organized and data‐literate, with strong IT skills (including spreadsheets and data management/analysis) and excellent written/verbal communication.
What Would Make You Stand Out
A Level 3+ management qualification.
Understanding of Ofsted inspections and knowledge of government‐funded audits/compliance requirements.
A teaching or assessor qualification.
Ability to create inspiring and engaging learning content and promote best‐practice sharing across contracts.
