We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our Level 6 degree apprenticeship programmes.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring high-quality, industry-relevant learning that delivers strong outcomes for both learners and employers. You will work closely with curriculum, operations, and compliance teams to maintain excellence in delivery while meeting ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of degree apprenticeship programmes across classroom, virtual, and workplace settings
- Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
- Monitor learner progress, driving retention, achievement, and timely completion
- Support curriculum design and continuous improvement aligned to industry practice
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employer partners
- Ensure compliance with ESFA funding rules, Ofsted expectations, and awarding body requirements
- Use data and feedback to review performance and implement improvements
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and delivery teams
About you:
- Experience delivering or managing apprenticeship or degree-level provision
- Strong understanding of work-based learning and apprenticeship standards
- Knowledge of ESFA funding rules and Ofsted requirements
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or operations
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use data to drive performance and improvement
