Deliver flexible, learner-focused HR, L&D, and Leadership & Management qualifications to the highest standards.
Ensure quality targets are met through efficient curriculum delivery and robust assessment practices.
Lead digitisation projects , enhance our Virtual Learning Environment.
Use data-driven insights to monitor programme effectiveness, learner progression, and compliance.
Provide supportive leadership to Programme Managers and collaborate with apprenticeship teams.
Ensure compliance with CIPD frameworks and relevant apprenticeship standards.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
Expertise in stakeholder and relationship management.
