Within the Inclusion team, Project Management specialists need a multi-discipline skillset as they play a part in delivering on our mission and vision by managing initiatives from inception to execution, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, creating opportunities and networking to move initiatives forward and providing operational support to the wider team. You will be required to act with discretion when handling information. Additionally, you will assist with analysing data, spotting gaps, and seizing opportunities and may work closely with our external partners. You will help research best practices and trends and look to how they could be incorporated into our existing workflow. We will look to you to assist the Inclusion team to project manage initiatives across EMEA and the globe, and work across HR on other initiatives and programs such as mental health awareness or Race in the Workplace..
Eligibility criteria:
- Three A-levels (or equivalent) with grades (predicted or achieved) A - C
- Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- Possess the right to work in the UK
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
