You’ll be on a supervisory role from day one, leading teams, managing operations, and making decisions that drive results while acquiring the skills needed to become a professional manager capable of handling complexity, delivering impact at both strategic and operational levels, mastering project management, financial acumen, innovation, risk management, and forging strong stakeholder relationships.

- Lead and supervise teams, overseeing day‑to‑day operations

Business Insight and Continuous Improvement
- Analyse business data and market trends to make informed decisions

A day in the life
- Managing and supporting a team to deliver daily performance goals
- Coaching team members and conducting development discussions
- Analysing data to identify trends and inform operational improvements
- Participating in planning meetings to align goals and priorities
- Managing workflow, resource planning, and time‑critical projects
- Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency
- Collaborating with other managers to share best practices and drive innovation
- Balancing your studies with real‑world application, dedicating 20% of your time to degree learning
- Applying new management theories to solve everyday operational challenges
Basic Qualifications
- Be a UK national, or a non‑UK national with the right to work in the UK, or an EU national with settled status in the UK
- Have lived in the UK, an EEA country, or a British Overseas Territory for at least 3 years prior to commencing the apprenticeship (September 2026)
- Have the right to live and work in England for the entire duration of the programme until March 2030
- Be resident in the UK for the entire duration of the programme
- Not be registered on another UK government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
- Be 18 years old or older before entering an Amazon building (September 2026)
- Have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
- Have 3 A Levels at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role (beneficial but not essential)
- Provide a Statement of Comparability for overseas qualifications via UK ENIC if applicable
- Qualification must not overlap with or be higher than this apprenticeship; no existing certificate at same or higher level
- This apprenticeship assumes little or no prior experience in the occupation
