Pay: £18 per hour
About the Role: We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Job Coach to help learners with SEND develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the workplace. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in their journey toward employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEND, focusing on employability skills in both classroom and placement settings.
- Deliver engaging lessons that prepare learners for real-world work environments.
- Visit placement sites to offer hands-on coaching and guidance.
- Collaborate with employers to ensure placements are inclusive and supportive.
- Track learner progress and share feedback with students, families, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with young people with SEND.
- Strong knowledge of employability and vocational skills development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to travel across Manchester city centre.
- A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
