You will act as the first point of contact for graduates from a wide variety of degree backgrounds who are seeking careers and employability support after university.
Using your knowledge and experience in career coaching, you will enable our graduates to achieve their full potential. Motivating and empowering these individuals to explore their possible employment or further study options.

Most importantly your coaching skills and career interventions can help change the future for our recent graduates. You will need to have excellent active listening and communication skills to conduct one-to-one career appointments and deliver group sessions. All of which will support our graduates with their next steps.
You will also need to have strong digital literacy skills to support graduates with researching their options and navigating the labour market.
