Ideally, you hold a recognised teaching qualification and have experience in employability or vocational education, but above all, you bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to empowering learners.
About the RoleAs an Employability & Vocational Studies Lecturer, you will design and deliver high‑quality teaching that equips learners with essential workplace skills and knowledge. Your role will involve creating interactive and relevant learning experiences that build confidence, communication, and problem‑solving abilities, alongside vocational competencies. You will work closely with learners to support progression into employment, further education, or training, while contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
