Early Careers Talent Development Leader
Location: Bristol / Exeter / Devon
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you passionate about cultivating the workforce of tomorrow? Do you possess the expertise in creating impactful graduate and apprenticeship development programs? We are seeking a skilled Early Careers Talent Development Leader to spearhead the Future Talent and Early Careers initiatives.
About the Role
This pivotal role within the People team is tailored for someone capable of shaping and implementing a strategic early careers plan that enhances the attraction, development, and retention of our emerging talents. You will oversee the design, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of our Graduate (approximately 25 annually) and Apprenticeship programs (approximately 300-400 annually), ensuring alignment with business objectives while providing a remarkable experience.
You will manage and mentor a team of two Learning Partners, collaborating closely with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders to build a forward-thinking workforce across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance early careers strategy for graduates, apprenticeships, and work placements.
- Create and implement structured, high-impact learning pathways for graduates and apprentices.
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and external partners to ensure programs meet capability needs.
- Maintain relationships with universities, training providers, and apprenticeship bodies.
- Mentor and support a high-performing team of Learning Partners.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data, feedback, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with apprenticeship levy and funding regulations.

- Experience with apprenticeship levy management and partnerships (is a plus).
