Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality teaching in Fabrication and Welding to students at levels 2 & 3.
- Conduct lessons in both classroom settings and practical workshops, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
- Develop and implement innovative and effective teaching strategies to meet educational standards and industry demands.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Fabrication and Welding industry to ensure relevance and accuracy in teaching content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in Fabrication and Welding, with a strong practical and theoretical background.
- Ability to deliver outcomes effectively within tight schedules, demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing educational materials and teaching strategies.
- Adaptability to changing teaching environments and ability to respond effectively to diverse educational challenges.
- Strong motivational skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to encourage and inspire students.
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
