Essential Qualifications and Experience
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Masters degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Recent secondary school teaching experience in maths, science, English, or related secondary ITT provision.
- Experience supporting trainee teachers through delivery, mentoring, or similar roles.
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice to enhance learner outcomes.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in delivering secondary QTS ITT programs.
- Curriculum and program design experience in ITT.
- Doctoral degree or current enrollment in a doctoral program.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing trainee teachers.
- Delivering teaching sessions.
- Ensuring quality assurance of placement experiences.
- Participating in recruitment activities.
- Providing pastoral support to students.
