Training Solutions Manager- EMM Hub

Role Overview
As the Training Solutions Manager at Cambridge Spark, you will be responsible for winning new business with organisations that have less than 1000 employees in the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with organisations which can act as distribution channels to generate qualified leads for our apprenticeship, Boot Camp and Corporate Training business.
- Generate qualified leads for yourself through outreach and networking to convert to sales from a sector specific target list.
- Support our partnerships with our sales and marketing activity.
- Responsible for executing the sales strategy using the MEDDICC qualification methodology, engaging with brand-new clients to win business.
- Work towards a sales target.
- Build new relationships with clients and help them understand how they can spend their apprenticeship levy, and promote Skills Boot Camps and Corporate Training course to achieve their strategic goals.
- Lead campaigns, proposals, pitches, tenders and stakeholder engagement to win new clients.
- Work collaboratively with the New Business and Accounts teams to share knowledge and insight on the market.
- Work with the Bid Manager to respond in a timely manner to Bid proposals, pitches, tenders to win new clients.
- Work collaboratively with your sales colleagues to share best practices and contribute to a great working culture.
- Create and deliver presentations, bids and proposals.
Candidate Specification:
Essential
- Ability to use MS Office and Google Docs
- Proficient in use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
- Experience in generating a pipeline of B2B leads
- Confident in communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders at target businesses
- Understand that success comes from customer-focussed relationships that deliver a gold standard service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working
- Excellent collaborator and team player
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and fast-paced working environment.
- Satisfactory Employment and Disclosure & Barring check (commensurate to job role)
Desirable
- Experience in the Apprenticeship, Education or Training Market
- Recruitment Consultant or Face to Face Sales background
- Knowledge of the HubSpot, Gong and MEDDICC qualification methodology
