We are looking for a purpose-driven and experienced Account Manager to grow and expand our relationship with some of our most valuable customers. This role will play a pivotal role in executing our growth strategy directly growing and expanding our solutions across a portfolio of existing B2B enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Growth: Full ownership to develop and implement account strategies and plans to grow our education offerings within your portfolio of enterprise clients aligning sales strategies with broader business goals
- Client Engagement and Expansion: Use your network and relationships to identify and engage new senior stakeholders within our B2B enterprise clients. Build a pipeline of opportunities, demonstrating the value and ROI of our programs
- Impactful Communication: Craft and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior decision-makers, showcasing the relevance and benefits of our Data & AI solutions for meeting their biggest business needs
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with Customer Success to ensure a unified approach to account management, retention and expansion, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Programme Management: Coordinate with our delivery and programme teams to launch and manage educational initiatives that align with client needs and drive account growth
Candidate Specification:
- Proven Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales, with a track record of direct selling of complex technological solutions to senior executives in large corporations
- Strategic Selling Skills: a preference for high-velocity, system-based enterprise selling (e.g. MEDDICC, Sandler)
- Commercially & Value Focused: focused on how to deliver commercial value for customers by understanding their business, needs and priorities and matching them to relevant solutions
- Professional Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Autonomy and Drive: Self-motivated and organised, with the discipline to thrive in a remote-first environment, including weekly travel into London and across the country
- Passion for Learning & Education: A genuine interest in education and technology, with the ambition to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
