About the Job
The Registrar & Head of Data holds a key leadership role requiring a dynamic individual with adept management skills and a proven track record in transformative change. Reporting to the Executive Principal, responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes crucial to student journeys, implementing strategic priorities, data management and ensuring data compliance. The role is crucial in translating the college's strategic plan into effective administrative strategies for growth and student success.
About You
The ideal candidate for the Registrar & Head of Data role should have an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, essential experience in Higher Education administration, and strong leadership qualities. Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate degree in a related field and hands-on experience with emerging technologies. Essential skills encompass relationship management, planning, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in academic administration software. The candidate should exhibit strong leadership qualities, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, high ethical standards, resilience, and alignment with the college's core values.
