About the Job
The Head of Admissions, reporting to the Chief Marketing & Admissions Officer, provides leadership for admissions efficiency across campuses, ensuring a fair, inclusive system. Collaboration with marketing aims to meet recruitment targets sustainably and innovatively. The role involves interactions with stakeholders, reviewing processes, and maintaining high standards for admissions practices. Availability during peak periods is required.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role should possess an undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a postgraduate diploma or degree in marketing, education, or a related field. Essential experience includes managing admissions processes, leading strategic change, and demonstrating successful team management. Desirable qualifications include hands-on experience with emerging technologies and a background in a similar role within private higher education. Key skills involve a knowledge of widening participation, data-driven decision-making, relationship management, and proficiency in relevant software. Behavioural attributes include strong leadership, adaptability, high ethical standards, and a commitment to the college's core values.
