Salary: £37,647 - £36,042 per annum
Hours Per Week: 35
We are actively searching for a Lecturer - Computing (Programming) to join our Computing team at our Twelve Quays Campus for 35 hours per week. We will offer a salary of up to £36,042 per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job
- To assist in the development, organisation and management of high-quality teaching and learning in the curriculum area of Digital and Computing for students on a range of programmes to include HE programmes, adult 19+ provision, apprentices and students on various 16 to 18 programmes. The successful applicant will join a highly successful team-teaching Computing courses from Level 1 to Level 4.
- To carry out formal scheduled teaching, tutorials and student assessment.
- To prepare learning materials, students’ assignments and to support students in their studies both during scheduled teaching sessions and during periods of self-directed study. To mark students’ work, student portfolios, examinations and participate in the internal moderation of coursework.
About You
- Level 2 or above literacy/English and maths/numeracy qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
- Teaching qualification or successful teaching experience. If applicant does not possess a teaching qualification they must undertake to successfully complete within an agreed timeframe.
