If so, come and join our Learning & Development team as a Leadership Assessor.
Reporting into the Leadership Development Supervisor, we are looking for a Leadership Assessor to carry out workplace assessments with Sergeants and Inspectors undergoing accredited police supervisory and management qualifications.
Ideally you’ll be a qualified assessor with experience in assessment of management qualifications and will be able to use your experience of different types and depth of assessment methods to assess in a consistent, fair, safe and ethical manner.
- As an experienced Assessor, you will hold a recognised Assessor qualification and either a recognised level 5 management qualification or have previous experience at supervisor or middle management level.
- Or you will hold either a recognised level 5 management qualification or have previous experience at supervisor or middle management level and we can ensure that you are trained as an assessor and achieve a recognised Assessor qualification
Your base location will be Devizes Police HQ, however due to the nature of the role agile working is an essential element, and you will be required to attend various police stations and locations throughout the County.
