Starting Salary: £25,500 (Dependant on experience)
About the role: We are looking for an individual who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in training within the Health and Social Care sector. The individual will manage a caseload of classroom, work-based and remote learning utilising an e-portfolio platform. The individual will be expected to manage their own caseload to drive quality of teaching and learning whilst achieving timely completions. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for education, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Required criteria:
- Vocational experience in Health and Social Care and supporting update CPD activities
- A minimum of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- Passionate about transforming people’s lives through teaching and learning
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Enhanced DBS check
- Access to a car with a full UK driving license
- Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable criteria:
- Training and development experience for 1 years
- Hold a level 2 Literacy and Numeracy qualification (if not held willing to work towards)
- Hold an appropriate Assessor and Teaching qualification (if not held willing to work towards)
- Previous experience of using a e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
- Internal Verifiers qualification
- Certificate of Higher Education
- Experience of teaching qualifications across various sectors

Training and Delivery
- Conduct initial assessments to determine learners’ starting levels and identify areas for improvement. Regularly evaluate learner progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Effectively manage varying sized groups of learners, being able to adapt to various learning styles.
- Full responsibility of delivering innovative training solutions, based on local priorities and contractual requirements.
- Feedback on training materials, identifying new and creative ways to engage learners
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- A keen eye for detail with excellent administrative skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Regular evaluation of your courses to ensure they are adding value to our learners and supporting them to move forwards their personal goals.
