Head of The Sixth Form
We are seeking a Head of The Sixth Form (HoSF) to join the college management team, the ideal candidate will provide inspirational leadership and management to all staff within The Sixth Form, ensuring a high quality experience with outstanding outcomes for students.
The HoSF will have a critical role to play working with colleagues across the organisation, developing strategies to develop, attract, recruit and retain students in line with corporate objectives. The HoSF will play a key role in developing the curriculum to ensure The Sixth Form offer is attractive to future students and meets the skills needs of the local and regional area.
Responsible for a large team, the suitable candidate will be a proven people manager who is able to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to delegate and lead deputies is crucial. It is essential that applicants have a passion for education, want to making a difference and can contribute to meeting the strategic vision and values of the college.
Salary: £48,476 rising to £52,914
Hours: 35 hours per week
Tenure: Permanent
