Director of Curriculum & Skills
We are seeking to appoint an individual to provide senior leadership and management to deliver an efficient, effective and high-quality curriculum and to support the Vice Principal, Curriculum & Quality in the effective strategic and operational management of the relevant college functions. This role will lead on all elements of Higher Education on behalf of College.
Candidates will require demonstrable experience of managing all aspects of learning within the broader Further Education sector, with a proven track record as an outstanding classroom/workshop practitioner and of engaging with a range of stakeholders to design a curriculum that meets the skills needs of the local area.
The post holder will directly manage our Heads of Faculty, supporting their wider areas of responsibility across college sites, and therefore strong and proven people management skills are essential.
Salary: £61,239 rising to £66,862 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Tenure: Permanent
