Job Role:
You will join our professional Engineering teaching team in working towards creating and delivering excellent teaching, learning and assessment on our courses at our Telford Academy.
We are looking for competent engineers covering any of the following discipline:
- Maintenance Engineering
- Tool Making
- Machining
- Technical Support
- Product Design
Ideally, you will have a deep understanding Engineering covering any or all of the following:
- Welding
- Machining - Manual and/or CNC
- Electrical
- Fluid Power
You will also ideally have experience in teaching but this is not an essential requirement as we would also consider applications from candidates who may not have teaching experience but who have recent industry experience of working in these fields. Experience as an IQA is also desirable.
What do you need to be successful?
You ideally will have experience of teaching or working in mechanical engineering environment. You will have strong organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and will benefit from being part of a dedicated and supportive team, working in a varied and interesting role with a variety of opportunities for career development.
