Joining us as an Assessor in Electrical Installation, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of NVQ’s, Technical Certificates and other relevant Qualifications to meet awarding body requirements and apprenticeship frameworks including the coordination of all assessments.
You will manage a caseload of learners to monitor attendance, carry out regular reviews and liaise with all parties involved to ensure completion of qualification and/or framework and ensure all learners are registered with awarding body for all components of the programme or apprenticeship framework where applicable.
You will have a genuine desire to improve the life chances of learners within our state of the art technical academies in the West Midlands. . We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, it is desired that you have an Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, D32) although this can be provided by us so long as you have the relevant industrial knowledge and experience and a Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) in Advanced Craft in relevant Engineering trade. You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
