Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement and Skills Development Coach to join our Construction department on a term time only basis at our Cambridge campus.

About the role:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Engagement and Skills Development Coach to deliver various group tutorials to learners within the Construction department with varying levels of ability and confidence.
This is a full-time post, based mainly at our Cambridge Campus, though there may be a requirement to travel to our Huntingdon Campus.
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- GCSE English grade C / 4 or equivalent - or willing to work towards gaining this qualification
- Level 3 (or higher) Teaching qualification - or willing to work towards gaining this qualification
- Happy to undergo relevant training
- Enjoy working across college faculties i.e. supporting students on a variety of courses
- Have recent and demonstrable experience of working with people with special education needs (desirable, but not essential)
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude, sensitive to others needs, patient and reliable
- A team player yet also able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
