CRC are currently looking for an ICT Assessor/Trainer to join us on a temporary basis to cover long term sickness. As an ICT Assessor Trainer, you will take overall responsibility for an agreed caseload of learners, providing high-quality training, coaching, mentoring, instruction, and assessment to help them achieve their apprenticeship and/or qualification in a timely manner. You will act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, fostering positive relationships to support the training and development of learners. Qualifications and Experience: Relevant qualifications and experience in IT Able to assess front line IT support apprentices,Assessor qualification (e.g., A1, TAQA) desirable.Experience in delivering coaching, and assessment.Knowledge of ICT apprenticeship standards, EPA requirements, and quality assurance processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in education and training.
