We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Assessor in Counselling. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement. The role will involve being part of the team working to support the implementation of the QCF qualifications, and the development of assessment and verification practices, which will enable candidates to achieve a wide range of qualifications in Counselling.
The successful candidate must:
- hold A1 units (TAQA/D32/D33)
- hold a Level 2-5 qualification or equivalent in Counselling
- have recent occupational experience within a relevant Counselling setting
- have possession of a V1 qualification (D34) is desirable
Caseload will consist of Distance Learning learners completing Level 2 Certificate qualifications on E Assessor. Distance Learning learners will have online access to workbooks that give them the required level of knowledge to complete online Assessments. A flexible attitude towards working hours will also be necessary to ensure learners are supported to achieve their chosen qualification.
