The salary is circa. £75,000 per annum and up to £5,000 relocation expenses.

As the Deputy Principal, you'll be the driving force to lead our mission to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences, ensuring high levels of student success and satisfaction. Working closely with the Principal and Chief Executive, you'll lead a values-orientated team dedicated to excellence in curriculum development, delivery and quality assurance.
- Lead with Vision: Collaborate with senior colleagues in helping to set the strategic direction of the college, championing outstanding performance and fostering a student-centred culture.
- Drive Innovation: Inspire excellence in teaching and learning, promoting innovation and motivation among staff to ensure every student achieves their full potential.
- Strategic Planning: Anticipate and respond to changes in the educational landscape, designing responsive learning programmes that meet local, regional and national skill needs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure excellence across all aspects of the student journey, from recruitment to progression.
- Leadership Excellence: Lead by example, promoting professional development and high standards among teaching and support staff.
