£19.99 - £20.99 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications & experience
In response to employer and learner demand, Boston College requires a highly motivated sector specialist who can support our growth plans within Human Resource Management training.
You will provide high quality training and assessment for learners including apprentices alongside excellent customer service to ensure our outstanding employer engagement reputation is maintained. The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of the HR management sector and desirably an understanding of apprenticeships.
You will be self-motivated, organised and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a dynamic and rewarding role enabling the successful candidate to work as part of our exciting new growth plans. You will deal with a wide range of stakeholders, solve problems and make decisions both on your own and with others.

For the successful candidate, the College will pay for the initial DBS check on appointment. A condition of employment is that the appointee registers for and maintains the yearly DBS Update Service fee of currently £13 per year.
