About The Role
Reporting to a Senior Compliance Manager, the role of Compliance Officer is a great opportunity for you to join a high performing team that will support you in developing yourself and making a real difference to the lives of learners all around the world.
Our reasonable adjustments teams take responsibility for processing applications for access arrangements, special considerations and modified papers, from our exam centres around the world. We support our exam centres by reviewing applications and evidence, as well as giving guidance. We support candidates with SEND to access assessments and remove unnecessary barriers, without changing the demands of the assessment. We implement appropriate procedures to promote safeguarding and help ensure the wellbeing of children and vulnerable adults.

A Bit About You
To be successful in the role you will have an understanding of access arrangements and special considerations, and their role within education and assessment – direct experience working in these fields is not necessary. You will be a confident independent worker and a collaborative team player, with an eye for detail and excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
You will explore further, be bold and stay focused on the impact we can have on society and individuals. By delivering superb customer service in all aspects of your work you will push yourself, and you will also be supportive of everyone you work with.
Other key requirements include:
- be able to successfully manage a varied workload to multiple tight deadlines
- be able to communicate ideas and information precisely and sensitively, both orally and in writing
- be proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new IT systems.
